Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Our offices in Grand Coulee, Quincy and Royal City are closed
12 noon to 1 p.m.

At Mattawa City Hall, Grant PUD customers can pay their bills and talk with a Customer Service representative via telephone.  Regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
