Wholesale Power
 Power Management is a small division dedicated to matching Grant PUD's generation to the county’s demand for power. The entire power usage of the county – by all of the residences, farms, and businesses – is measured every four seconds, and Grant County is under strict federal law to meet that four second demand for power within tight tolerances. Power Management does this by using a combination of its resources.

- System Operations – maintain's the reliability of Grant’s system.
- Power Planning – buys and sells wholesale power.
- System Control – manages computer systems that control generation.
- Compliance – makes sure Grant PUD's operations meet federal standards.
- New Resources – analyzes long-term resources.
