Grant PUD celebrates a new license for Priest Rapids and Wanapum dams

In a historic event on Thursday, August 21 at Wanapum Dam, elected officials, heads of governmental agencies, tribes and the community celebrated Grant County PUD's receipt of a new, 44-year federal license to operate Priest Rapids and Wanapum Dams.
