Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Grant Conservation District (“GCD”) and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (“District”), for irrigation management and water scheduling services. GCD will assist the District in administering a Scientific Irrigation Scheduling (SIS) project in order to obtain energy and water savings. SIS methods determine appropriate timing and amount of irrigation needed for a specific crop.

Geographic Information Interlocal Agreement between the County of Grant, State of Washington, and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington, for the development and implementation of the Grant County Geographical Information System Project (GIS), which provides automated graphic display and analysis. Due to the joint need for related geographic data, the County and the District will store, share, and exchange selected GIS resources.

Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County jointly entered into a 10-year Interlocal Cooperative Agreement in 2004, which provides Grant PUD with access to excess capacity at Douglas PUD's existing Methow and Wells fish hatcheries. Spring Chinook, summer Chinook, and steelhead can be reared at these two hatchery facilities, depending on Grant PUD's mitigation requirements for each year.

Agreement for Cooperative Action between Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington, and Grant County, to provide the District with a fully commissioned Sheriff's deputy who will provide onsite patrols of Priest Rapids Project facilities, which include Priest Rapids Dam and Wanapum Dam as well as area transmission and distribution facilities, and buildings including the Wanapum Maintenance Center, Wanapum Village and Engineering building, Wanapum Indian Village at Priest Rapids, and Fish Rearing facilities at Priest Rapids.

Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington, and Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County for probabilistic seismic hazard analyses coordination and independent peer review.

Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington, and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington, to investigate a partial reuse aquaculture system. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the viability of this technology which uses less water than conventional raceways. Chelan will utilize the Eastbank Hatchery to rear approximately 100,000 summer Chinook in two circular ponds, and Grant will provide $100,000 in funding and up to 20,000 Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags, to be used to evaluate the biological effectiveness of the program.

Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington, and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington. Chelan will allow Grant to use its net pens located on Lake Wenatchee to acclimate up to 165,000 spring Chinoook for the purposes of meeting Grant's hatchery obligations. Chelan will also allow Grant to use its 37 foot barge located at the Eastbank Hatchery Complex for net pen installation and/or fish transport, if Grant so desires.

Interlocal Agreement between State of Washington Department of Fish and Game (WDFW) and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington. The WDFW will help fulfill the District's requirements relating to Native Resident Fish as set for in its FERC License as well as those requirements contained in the District's Washington Department of Ecology Clean Water Act. The District will pay the WDFW up to $1,500,000 to renovate the existing Columbia Basin Hatchery facility. The District will also pay the WDFW $100,000 to purchase, produce, and transport trout as well as perform surveys of resident fish species within the Priest Rapids and Wanapum reservoirs.

Interlocal Agreement for Provision of Municipal Services between Kittitas County, Washington, and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington. The District will assist the County with site maintenance and utility costs for the Kittitas County boat launch site and restroom facilities in Vantage, Washington.

King County Directors' Association Purchasing Cooperative Agreement
Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the District and the King County Directors' Association granting the District membership in the KCDA purchasing cooperative.

Washington State Purchasing Cooperative Agreement
Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the District and the Washington State, Department of General Administration, Office of State Procurement granting the District membership in the State Purchasing Cooperative.

CWPU Administrative
Cooperative Agreement between Benton, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Grant, Okanogan and Pend Oreille County PUDs to provide for joint collective bargaining with the IBEW Local 77.

CWPU UIP Trust Agreement
Cooperative Agreement between Benton, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Grant, Okanogan and Pend Oreille County PUDs to provide for uniform administration of group insurance programs and to create a Trust to administer agreed-upon benefits of the Unified Insurance Program (UIP).
